FAQ
What is a Rudraksha
-
Rudraksha are bright blue fruits that grow on trees in parts of Asia. Each fruit contains one seed, which is harvested, cleaned, and turned into the brown beads often used in spiritual jewelry.
They are the oldest known prayer beads and have been used for centuries by people seeking enlightenment. Known as one of the most powerful tools for self-discovery, Rudraksha beads are sometimes called the "tears of Shiva." According to legend, when the Hindu deity Shiva saw humanity's suffering after deep meditation, his compassionate tears fell to Earth and grew into Rudraksha trees. These beads remind us of the divine light within each of us.
Rudraksha beads offer many benefits, such as improving clarity, memory, and awareness. They calm the mind and nervous system, bring peace, reduce stress and fear, and protect against negative forces, guiding the wearer to follow their heart.
